Our Single Origin blonde roast is perfect for those looking for clean and delicate flavour notes with a lower bitterness level. 

Our blonde roast offers notes of milk chocolate, digestive biscuit, with a light caramel note on the finish.

For our blonde roast we use the award winning Santos Beans from Brazil, with a slightly shorter roast time which allows the coffee's origin characteristics to shine through.  

The single origin coffee beans are hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried
