Our Story

Monte Bianco started in Surbiton in 2024 with a simple idea: make really good coffee, serve food we genuinely want to eat, and create places people enjoy spending time in.

Coffee is at the centre of what we do. We work with carefully selected beans, good equipment and people who care about making each cup properly. Alongside it, we serve a changing menu of focaccia sandwiches, pastries, matcha and seasonal drinks.

We choose neighbourhoods where people actually live, not just pass through. The idea is to create a place that can become a home from home — somewhere for a morning coffee, a catch-up, a bit of work, or simply an hour to yourself. In 2026, we opened our second Monte Bianco on St John’s Hill, bringing that same approach to another corner of South West London.

Each Monte Bianco is designed to have its own character. Good music, interesting interiors, and a mix of old and new. Places that feel considered, but never too polished.
